As someone who has been stocking a corporate office kitchen the past few years, I’ve found many foods that are easy to grab and put together a quick snack. Here are the foods that have become regular staples:
Coffee (may I suggest taking a mindful coffee break at a local shop where you can really savor it and recharge?)
Hummus and crackers
Dried fruit bars
Red pepper flakes
