In July I just cooked from @veganricha’s Everyday Kitchen cookbook, and the review is now live on my blog! This last recipe I made is the Lentil Vegetable Frittata. I only made about 5-6 recipes, but they were all excellent! My biggest takeaway is that Vegan Richa’s frittata recipes are effing amazing, and I will be cooking more of those recipes from her blog to have for breakfast.
